Returns

We do not accept returns but we'll try and work something out if you're unhappy. We pride ourselves in our customer service and want everyone to be thrilled with their purchases but please be aware that any returns/cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the time spent adjusting the database behind the site and time spent having to update our accounts.

Return postage is your responsibility and all returns must be sent by Royal Mail's First Class Signed For service. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

In the event that we send you an incorrect item we will happy cover the return cost via the method that we offer you.

Please note we do not refund or replace items broken once in your possession, quality control issues or items not living up to unreasonable expectations. All items are mass produced and therefore can reasonably be expected to have minor imperfections.
